                               ORDINANCE NO. 10205
        
        
                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO AMEND ARTICLE V, SECTION 503 AND TO ADD
                   ARTICLE V SECTION 603 TO PERMIT
                   "MINI-WAREHOUSES" IN THE C-1 AND C-2 COMMERCIAL
                   ZONES.

              	   BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, 
the
         Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
        
              	   SECTION 1.	  That Article V, Section 503 be amended
         to add subsection (14) as follows:
        
                   (14)	Mini-warehouses subject to provision of a
                        natural sight-obscuring, landscaped
                        screen on all sides, including the front,
                        in accordance with the planting standards
                        of Article V, Section 1024(7)a of the
                        Chattanooga Zoning Ordinance, except
                        where a property line abuts an M-1, M-2
                        or M-3 zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  That Article V, Section 603 be amended to
         add subsection (19) as follows:
                  
                   (19)	Mini-warehouses subject to provision of a
                        natural sight-obscuring, landscaped
                        screen on all sides, including the front,
                        in accordance with the planting standards
                        of Article V, Section 1024(7)a of the
                        Chattanooga Zoning Ordinance, except
                        where a property line abuts an M-1, M-2
                        or M-3 zone.

         	   SECTION 3.	  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this
         Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its 
passage
         as required by law.
